Maud is located in Bridgeland. This clinic has women’s health doctors as well as a huge variety of fun things for sale including books, sex toys, pelvic wands, period stuff and more. There is no movement space but great for straight up physio.

Connect is located in the SE by Chinook Mall. It has quite a large gym space which can be excellent if you’re wanting to join the Postpartum In Person Workouts or want room to explore movement through your physio session.
